The elegance of the room and European feeling.

Nothing.

The hotel more than met my expectations. The free breakfast was better than I expected. There was a chef making omelette's and the rest was self serve.

It is well located, clean with a comfortable bedding.

The included breakfast which was in a room and was much too small for the number of guests & the attending staff was insufficient.

For our purposes the hotel is well located between Orange and Los Angeles counties. It is a charming facility and the bedding (mattress and pillows) is very comfortable. On the down side the breakfast room was much too small for the number of guests at the hotel and it was impossible for the single person to keep up with guest requests. Would we stay there again? Easy access/clean/good breakfast.

Elevator noise loud in room/no means for ambient noises when fan shuts off.

Would stay there again, this time in a room away from the elevator & would bring something to make white noise. When fans shut off in room, outside noise can be disturbing.

Decor was beautiful.

Room was located by laundry, but noise stopped at 6 or 7 PM.

Nice location, easy exit from freeway. Breakfast choices were excellent, however, they were running out of food.
